Future Avenue in Meydan Horizon is designed as a modern residential address where contemporary Dubai living meets a more relaxed, family-oriented environment.

Developed by True Future Real Estate Development, the project follows a G + 2P + 14 configuration and is planned to contain 164 residential units and 3 retail units. Its residential collection focuses on practical layouts ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to larger residences with dedicated study rooms.

Future Avenue is located in Meydan Horizon, within the wider Meydan and Mohammed Bin Rashid City area of Dubai.

Meydan Horizon is being developed as a mixed-use waterfront community combining residential buildings, retail, landscaped open areas, recreational facilities and community infrastructure. The masterplan shown in the Future Avenue brochure incorporates lagoons, promenades, parks, schools, nurseries, clinics, public facilities and mixed-use development.

Its location provides convenient road access toward Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport while retaining a more landscaped residential environment.
