    Register as an individual or a company with your basic contact details.

    Complete your application

    Add legal and banking information and upload the documents requested in your account.

    Review and sign

    Baytii reviews your file, then issues the appropriate agreement and programme schedule.

    Refer and track

    After signing and activation, submit referrals and follow their progress and earnings.

COMMERCIAL CLARITY

Your approved schedule sets the programme, currency, paying company and earning model. The terms accepted for each referral are recorded with it.

Percentage commission

An agreed share of Baytii’s attributable commission or service revenue—not a percentage of the client’s investment.

Fixed commission

A defined amount for a qualifying referral transaction, as set out in your programme schedule.

Approved price difference

Where enabled, earn the positive difference between the Baytii-approved service price and your agreed partner base price for the same scope.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

The details that matter.

How is a referral linked to me?

A valid referral is registered in your account with its accepted programme terms. Existing Baytii contacts and duplicates are excluded unless Baytii accepts an exception. Under the current agreement, protection covers the first transaction contracted within six months of registration. Later transactions need a fresh introduction and written acceptance; this is not permanent ownership of a client.

Do I need to be a full-time real estate broker?

The programme is open to applications from individuals and companies with suitable networks. Acceptance depends on the review of your application. The agreement does not grant a licence or authority to represent Baytii; any licences required for your own activities remain your responsibility.

Can I stay involved after the introduction?

Yes, through the communication process agreed with Baytii. Our team manages the client consultation and service journey. Baytii approves quotations and client contracts; partners do not collect client funds or make commitments on Baytii’s behalf.

What will I be able to see in my account?

After approval, signing and activation, you can submit referrals, view their progress and review the programme terms, confirmed earnings and payment records available to your account.

Does creating an account mean I am approved?

No. Account creation lets you complete your application and upload documents. Baytii reviews your file before issuing the appropriate agreement. Referrals start only after signing and activation.
