Can I apply for any country or city?
Yes. Select your preferred country and city in the form. We assess each application against market fit, our expansion plans and existing arrangements. Applying does not reserve a territory.
Who pays for the local business?
The agent funds local setup, premises, staffing and marketing. Baytii’s services and support are set out in the agreement, so both parties understand their responsibilities before signing.
What budget or agency fee is required?
Requirements vary by market and operating model. Any fees, funding requirements and commercial terms are discussed and agreed before signing. No payment is requested with the initial application.
Will I have exclusive rights?
Territory, exclusivity and performance conditions are reviewed individually. They apply only when expressly included in the signed agreement.
When can I use the Baytii name?
After the required reviews, final approval and signing the agency agreement. Submitting an application does not grant agency status or permission to use the brand.
