The architecture of Future Avenue Tower introduces a contemporary profile to Meydan Horizon through a combination of vertical architectural lines, curved balconies, expansive glazing and a warm-toned façade.

The G + 2P + 14 composition creates a defined podium supporting the residential tower above, with retail spaces integrated into the lower levels. Rounded balcony edges and deep terraces soften the tower's vertical form while creating usable outdoor spaces for residents.

Large glazed surfaces are used throughout the residences to enhance natural light and outward views, while the façade design is intended to balance daylight with Dubai's climate.
