ANNEX-6 Privacy Policy
1. Purpose of privacy policy
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of the website located at https://www.BAYTII.com/ and the BAYTII application ("Portal") managed by BAYTII GAYRİMENKUL İNŞAAT VE GENEL TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("BAYTII"). The definitions in the Terms of Use and the Individual or Commercial Membership Agreement shall be taken into account in the interpretation of expressions not defined in this Privacy Policy. Visitors shall be deemed to have accepted this Privacy Policy upon their acceptance of the Individual or Commercial Membership Agreement.
2. About Baytii
BAYTII is an interactive platform that protects the member information of all Individual and Commercial members in line with the principles of security and confidentiality. If BAYTII determines that the Member uses the website in violation of the following Privacy Principles or the law and/or if a determination or investigation request is received by the competent authorities, BAYTII has the right to report the information about the Member to the competent authorities. In a similar case, BAYTII is also entitled to take other measures stipulated in the Privacy Policy. BAYTII uses technical measures in accordance with the developing technology in order to ensure the security of the information you have provided.
3. Update
BAYTII constantly renews itself in order to provide better service to its visitors in the internet area with innovative product and service applications by investing in technology and strives to provide the best service.
4. Association
- BAYTII has the right to associate the behavior of Visitors to the site with a cookie in the browser, even if they are not Members, and to define remarketing lists based on metrics such as the number of pages viewed, the duration of the visit and the number of target completions in order to enable online behavioral advertising and marketing. This Visitor may then be shown targeted advertising content on the site or on other sites in the Display Network, based on the Visitor's interests.

6. Baytii Members
BAYTII Members can contact real estate agencies and Commercial Members by using links. Members' personal information (name-surname, number, address, etc.) will not be shared with Commercial Members.
7. Confidentiality
In order to protect the confidentiality of all information of our Individual and Commercial members, you are provided access to the relevant sections on BAYTII with a username and password. The visitor's right to benefit from the Site belongs only to him/her and cannot be transferred to others. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your username and password, and you may not share or make it available to third parties or organizations. BAYTII is not responsible for any situations that may arise from the use of the username and password by third parties with or without permission, and any legal and criminal liability that may arise belongs to the Member. Violation of this article may lead to unilateral suspension of the services provided to the Member without any notice. If unauthorized use of the password is detected, BAYTII must be informed. BAYTII is not responsible for any Individual or Commercial member who does not comply with the security and confidentiality principles determined as a BAYTII Member and does not take into account the security and confidentiality principles, in the event of a situation contrary to the security and confidentiality principles of BAYTII. It is also recommended to contact BAYTII in case of such a negative situation.

9. Updates
BAYTII may update and amend the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing it on the Portal. Updates and changes made by BAYTII to the Privacy Policy shall be effective as of the date of publication on the Portal.
10. Rules
The User undertakes that the information subject to this Privacy Policy is complete, accurate and up-to-date, and that in the event of any change in this information, the User will immediately update it on the Member Personal Page. BAYTII shall not be liable in case the Member fails to provide updated information.
